Kettlebell strength classes

NKM is very lucky to have our Strongfirst qualified instructor, Ged Ellis, run our weekly kettlebell strength class.  Ged runs Better Stronger Faster, NKM’s sister organisation, with the specific purpose of training students in the safe execution of kettlebell strength training.  With dedicated training, we’re confident that each student will see increased outputs in their strength training performance and, in terms of all areas of physical fitness, strength is the most highly prized.

We don’t run these classes to push each participant to their limit.  It’s not a group exercise class and nothing like body pump or spinning!  You will learn how to execute the key kettlebell movements safely, you will learn about the science of strength and your own body, you will be encouraged to practice in your own time and, when appropriate, be given programmes to help you advance and develop on your own terms.
